  • Diesel Forklift: Optimized Visibility, Durability and Low Energy Consumption
    This upgraded diesel forklift features comprehensive optimizations in operational visibility, maintenance convenience, structural durability, power performance and cab safety, delivering higher efficiency, stronger reliability and lower operating costs for diverse working scenarios.
    It achieves all-round enhanced visibility to facilitate safer and more precise operation. The increased inner width of the inner mast and the optimized spacing between inner mast rails greatly broaden the front viewing field. A lowered instrument panel further improves forward visibility, while the upgraded counterweight design effectively enhances rearward visibility, eliminating visual blind spots during driving and cargo handling.
    The forklift is designed with user-friendly maintenance structures to reduce downtime and improve service efficiency. The hood boasts an enlarged opening angle and is equipped with left and right side plates, allowing quick and convenient access to internal components for daily inspection, maintenance and repair work. Additionally, it adopts a new-generation integrated electric box with a reasonable and compact layout. Featuring excellent waterproof performance and simple structural design, the electric box greatly simplifies daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
    In terms of chassis and steering durability, the steering axle king pin is fitted with large-size tapered roller bearings (TRB). Matched with upgraded larger steering cylinder and bumper block assemblies, the whole steering system effectively extends the service life of core bearings and significantly improves the overall reliability and stability of the steering axle.
    Powered by a high-performance engine, the diesel forklift delivers stable and strong power output while realizing low emission standards and excellent cold-starting performance, adapting to various complex working environments and weather conditions. Meanwhile, the optimized power system reduces overall energy consumption by 10%, achieving more energy-saving and eco-friendly operation.
    For superior driving safety and cab tightness, the overhead guard is constructed with special-shaped steel tubes. This structural upgrade greatly reinforces the overall structural strength of the overhead guard and optimizes the cab’s sealing performance, providing a safer, more comfortable and dustproof working environment for operators.
